Pete was very helpful and was on the ball the minute I told him I needed the Building I bought delivered by Monday and he came through, the delivery guy and the driver Ted was such a nice guy easy to see them come out and get the job done even though it rained a little. Highly would recommend them very professional. Thank you for all you did, Pete, Ted and helper.

Been looking around at shops and garages for a while now. My husband purchased our Eagle Brand Building while I was out of town.... so I was a little nervous. It was delivered and installed very quick. Prices are great; payments even better! Customer service is excellent. The installers were professional and efficient. We want to thank Pete Ramirez at Derksen,Ted the outstanding driver and AEP and Suddenlink for going the extra mile getting our storage unit in our backyard. The 14'x 28' unit was a very tight fit, but it was worth the hard work. It looks beautiful in our backyard. We have received many compliments already and we've only had it for one day!

He went above and beyond to ensure the experience was seamless. The building is beautiful and built to last. He even came out to the delivery site. Couldn't ask for more. From the time we ordered our building to the time it was finished was 2 1/2 weeks. Very pleased with service. Pete came out 3 times to check on progress when concrete work was being done. Would highly recommend this business.
