When buying a building from someone, there are different levels of service and it is important to credit the correct people and not lump all participants in the same category. So, my experience with Pete, the owner, was very good. His part in my purchase was to go over the options, cost, and place the order. He was very knowledgeable and had all the info at his fingertips. I did run into problems with a different department in scheduling and Pete stepped up to the plate when he didn't actually have too. He came to the house, marked what needed to be marked, and then met the installers and made sure they were on point. Pete went above and beyond his responsibilities in this sale.

We want to thank Pete Ramirez at Derksen,Ted the outstanding driver and AEP and Suddenlink for going the extra mile getting our storage unit in our backyard. The 14'x 28' unit was a very tight fit, but it was worth the hard work. It looks beautiful in our backyard. We have received many compliments already and we've only had it for one day!
